Is it possible to source candidates on the Connexion Pointe® site without a Pointe Savant® account?
A Pointe Savant® account in good standing is required for access to the Connexion Pointe® talent board.
Does Connexion Pointe® do live interviews too?
With so many excellent video conferencing tools on the market, we prefer to focus our resources and service on asynchronous recorded interviews.
Is Pointe Savant® suitable for executive search?
Yes! As a matter of fact, because our Pointe Profile® app offers such a vast amount of information in a compact, well-organized, and easy to use package, Pointe Savant® is very wel-suited for executive search.
Is there an additional charge for each video interview?
There are no additional charges for video interviews.
What kind of support can I get if I get stuck?
We’re here for technical support Mon – Fri from 7 AM – 10 PM. We do check for requests during off-hours and weekends but much less frequently. As with any new technology, software, system, product, etc. we expect some problems and bugs, and so you should too. We are fully committed to giving our users the best support and addressing issues as fast as possible.
